Our Executive Chef - Dmitry Stroykov will be appearing at the Golden Shears World Championships later this month in Gorey, Co. Wexford.
Although Dmitry won’t be shearing any sheep, he will be appearing at the Good Food Ireland Kitchen Theatre from 4pm on Sunday 25th May.
Dmitry will be mic’d up and producing his “Herb Yoghurt Marinated Lamb Fillet, Lumper potato & rosemary gallette, roasted vine cherry tomatoes, candied beetroot and mint Gremolata” live on stage.
