Giacomo Gorzanis. Fantasia Quinta (Opera nova de lauto, libro IV)
Giacomo Gorzanis(1520? or 1525? - 1575? or 1579?) was a blind lute player from Puglia, who spent all his life in Trieste. The theme of Fantasia Quinta is coincidently the same as the first eight notes of the hymn “All creatures of our God and King”
