Поменял сегодня свой повидавший жизнь паспорт по причине "изменение внешности" :)
Была и другая причина, старый так потрепался, что уже в тюрьму не пускали =)
По первой причине стоит 300 р. поменять, по второй 1500, и могут ещё штраф выписать. Через ГосУслуги - есть скидка ещё, имейте в виду )
