Когда я проезжаю Химки захожу в Додо Пицца.
Я люблю пиццу. В Москве есть 4 достойных игрока: Papa Джонс, Доминос, FoodBand, Додо.
Мы заказываем в офис Доминос, так как доставляют быстро, Папу ждать всегда долго — больше 1.5-2 часов, перестали заказывать уже давно, да и на доставке они не те. Додо пока еще не открылось рядом.
Если кто-то хочет суши, заказываем FoodBand, так как есть и то то. Кстати, довозят за час и пицца нормальная.
Сегодня я попробовал в Додо пиццу, тесто которой восхитительно — легкое, воздушное. Ты ешь, и понимаешь, вот такое, оно и должно быть, чтобы пицца была идеальной. Это тесто лучшее, что я пробовал за последние два года.
Я брал пиццу, додстер, кофе.
Итог:
Пицца — 12 из 10.
Додстер — 10 из 10.
Сервис — 10 из 10.
Кофе — 8 из 10. Чуть-чуть горчило (но это я уже так, придираюсь). Тут дело, наверное, уже в кофе машине.
Отдельно надо сказать про сервис. Когда я ел, фраза «Еще одна пицца», не замолкала. На лице менеджера читался легкий испуг — что нам делать, нас же всего двое. В зал заходит посетитель. Короче все и сразу. И ведь не сдался парень, не забил, не начал ныть и срываться на посетителя. Пришел, принял заказ, улыбнулся, рассказал про акцию возврата 5% суммы по телефону и начал буквально бегать, чтобы все успеть. Я сидел и думал как же сделать также.
Ответил для себя: программа обучение, личное наставничество и культура компании. Взял с собой кофе в машину и поехал с мыслью что следующие 1.5 месяца я посвящаю только этому.
Можно бесконечно настраивать ретаргет, cpa сети, вбухивать сотни тысяч в рекламу, делать реально сложные интеграции, крутые акции, рассылать тучу мэйлов, баннеры, и сливаться на сервисе.
Вот такое вот утро. Всем китайских выходных

A visitor enters the hall. In short, everything at once. And the guy didn’t give up, didn’t score, didn’t start whining and rushing to the visitor. He came, took the order, smiled, told about the 5% refund on the phone and started literally running around to do everything. I sat and thought how to do the same.
I answered for myself: training program, personal mentoring and company culture. I took coffee with me to the car and went with the thought that I will devote the next 1.5 months to this only.
