Если кратко -
На участке выдано 1030 бюллетеней. на 242 пришедших местных(!) 430 человек голосовали по открепительным (!) ОСТАЛЬНЫЕ воообще по доп спискам(предприятия с непрерывным списком работы).Всех подвозили организовано, всего было только мной замечено более 12 автобусов, не считая газелей. А выходил я на улицу раза три и недалеко (так как был не одет).

Фактическая часть - УИК № 3175
Невелев Михаил Дмитриевич, наблюдатель УИК 3175 г. Москвы. СВАО,Отрадное (Алтуфьевское шоссе, 12в.
Зафиксированы следующие нарушения.Подписаны большинством наблюдателей и членом УИК с правом решающего голоса от КПРФ.
1) Переносные и стационарные ящики для голосования опечатаны до открытия участка для доступа избирателей.
2) До открытия участка были допущены посторонние лица, а именно, некий Денис , Представитель ООО НПО Космос (после неоднократных требований члена УИК с правом решающего голоса и наблюдателей удален за пределы участка.
Он и еще два организатора координировали массовый подвоз людей к избирательному участку и процесс голосования. Голосовали в основоном по дополнительным спискам от организаций СМУ Ингеоком, ООО Космос Урал спецстрой, ООО НПО Космос, ЗАО СПОК-1.
Организованный подвоз осуществлялся на автобусах следующих марок
1) ПАЗ с гос.рег. номером С607ЕВ 199 регион с фирменным названием на борту РусБизнес Авто.
2) ПАЗ с гос.рег.номером Р106НМ 197 регион с фирменной надписью СМУ Ингеоком
3) ИкарусЫ с гос.рег.номером В496ОА 197 регион, В826ЭХ 197 регион, с579рк 199 регион
4) ЛИАЗ с гос.рег. номером с579РК 199 регион
5) Автобусы неустановленных марок с гос.рег. номерами Е789оу 197 регион, м792кт 199 регион, а657ам 199 регион.
3) Три авотбуса марки ПАЗ с фирменной надписью на борту СМУ Ингеоком и неустановленными гос.рег. номерами.
4) Два автомобиля марки ГАЗ с неустановленными рег. номерами.
И еще были, но мы уже устали бегать фотографировать и записывать))
Координаторы постоянно находились в непосредственной близости от участка в течение всего хода голосования.
3) в нарушение пункта 9 ст. 69 федерального закона от 10.01.2003 №19-фз избирателям не обеспечивалась тайна голосования, отсутствовали шторки на кабинах, а очередь была выстроенна вплотную (по факту) и на расстоянии менее 1 метра (по жалобе в УИК, она прилагается) вдоль избирательных кабинок, в результате чего в кабинах присутствуют иные, кроме голосующих лица.
Также были карусели, но ввиду их малой численности (две газели) на них уже просто не хватило сил, фиксировать.

о Присутствии на участке зам.главы управы района Отрадное (на фото мелькает женщина в черной шубке с двумя собеседниками). Ее отказались удалять, “чтобы не ссориться”, в жалобе не фигурирует.
Будет видео (она пытается отобрать камеру и приехавшего представителя СМИ)и еще фото организаторов..

Nevelev Mikhail Dmitrievich, observer of PEC 3175 in Moscow. North-Eastern Administrative District, Otradnoe (Altufevskoe highway, 12c.
The following violations were recorded: signed by the majority of observers and a voting member of the PEC from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
1) Portable and stationary ballot boxes are sealed prior to the opening of the polling station for voters.
2) Before the opening of the site, unauthorized persons were allowed, namely, a certain Denis, a representative of NPO Kosmos LLC (after repeated demands of a PEC member with a decisive vote and observers, he was removed from the site.
He and two other organizers coordinated the mass transportation of people to the polling station and the voting process. Basically, they voted on additional lists from SMU Ingeokom organizations, Cosmos Ural Spetsstroy LLC, NPO Cosmos LLC, SPOK-1 CJSC.
Organized transportation was carried out by buses of the following brands
1) PAZ with state reg. numbered С607ЕВ 199, a region with a corporate name on board RusBusiness Auto.
2) PAZ with state registration number Р106НМ 197 region with the brand name SMU Ingeokom
3) Ikarus with state registration number В496ОА 197 region, В826ЭХ 197 region, s579rk 199 region
4) LIAZ with state reg. s579РК 199 region
5) Buses of unidentified brands with state reg. by numbers E789ou 197 region, m792kt 199 region, and 657am 199 region.
3) Three roadbuses of the PAZ brand with a corporate inscription on board SMU Ingeokom and unidentified state reg. numbers.
4) Two cars of the GAZ brand with unidentified reg. numbers.

The coordinators were constantly in the immediate vicinity of the polling station throughout the entire voting process.
