Сделал весцеральный массаж- это массаж внутренних органов (метод Огулова), потом правил тело юмейхо терапией, далее сделал массаж банками (живот, спина, ягодицы, руки вообщем все тело) поставил на 1:20, вышло пол литра грязи. Позже напишу про все, что получилось и какие результаты, и подробнее о методе и массаже. Результаты уже чувствуются. Ещё антигильмитовую программу пропить нужно, засолить себя в озёрах, поставить на голову и лицо банки, снять зажимы с лица, далее ещё раз править живот и внутренние органы.
