ВМЕСТО СПОРТИВНОГО КОМПЛЕКСА – ОЧЕРЕДНАЯ УПЛОТНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ЗАСТРОЙКА?
Существует реальная угроза уплотнительной застройки двора между домами: Товарищеский 28, к.1, Подвойского 23, к. 2, Подвойского 25, к. 3, Подвойского 27, к. 2, Дыбенко 36, к. 3.
Уже сейчас началась информационная подготовка к строительству. На официальной странице в сети Интернет http://www.olimprezerv2.ru/ директор СПб ГБОУ ДОД СДЮСШОР №2 Невского района Санкт-Петербурга Андрей Купершмит сообщает, что материальная база спортивной школы включает: " - земельный участок - 2 га в безвозмездном ( бессрочное ) пользовании ( 2015-16 год планируется строительство ФОКа)."
Напомню, в начале 2000-ых депутат городского Заксобрания Игорь Высоцкий от лица общественной организации Санкт-Петербурга «Союз Инвалидов Войн-Интернационалистов» обратился с инициативой в Комитет по инвестициям и КГА правительства Санкт-Петербурга, который тогда возглавляла Валентина Матвиенко, между домами Большевиков 9 к.1 и Большевиков 5 построить волейбольный спортивный комплекс с последующей передачей земли ООО «Студиозизайн», которое было зарегистрировано по адресу прописки самого депутата.
Получив разрешение на строительство спорткомплекса, планы депутата и «Студиодизайн» изменились. Вместо бюджетного спорткомплекса в жилом квартале вырос новый высотный дом.
Прокуратура Санкт-Петербурга трижды вносила представления о нарушении действующего законодательства бывшему вице-губернатору А.И.Вахмистрову, бывшему главе Администрации Невского района С.А.Ситдикову и бывшему начальнику службы Госстройнадзора и экспертизы А.И.Орту с требованием незамедлительно остановить строительство на проспекте Большевиков.
В ответ строители при поддержке авторитетного депутата, как в насмешку, привезли дополнительную технику и увеличивали темпы, чтобы как можно быстрее выстроить дом и поставить всех перед уже свершившимся фактом.
Кроме того, ООО «Студиодизайн» имела задолженность по перечислению средств на развитие городской инфраструктуры и пеням.
Никаких серьезных последствий депутат Игорь Высоцкий за явную авантюру не понес.
А жители ближайших домов из-за последствия сомнительного строительства до сих пор страдают от угрозы их жизни и здоровью. Бригада депутата Заксобрания Игоря Высоцкого от партии «Единая Россия» баллотируется на выборах 14 сентября 2014 года в МО Оккервиль практический в неизменном составе, возглавляет команду — действующий глава МС МО МО Оккервиль Сергеем Кочанжи. Это значит, что ничего хорошего от этой команды местным жителям ожидать не придётся. Так же компания перед выборами укрепилась директором спортивной школы – Андреем Купершмитом. Хотя, не исключено, что не все депутаты и кандидаты от «Единой России» в МО Оккервиль знают, с какой реальной целью их используют.
Ходят слухи, что за то что бы муниципальный совет голосовал "правильно", его членам доплачивают по 20 т.р. в месяц! Насколько это достоверно - не известно. Но другого разумного объяснения, зачем люди, которые ни чего не делали предыдущие 4 года, снова баллотируются в совет МО Оккервиль - не существует.

But there is no other reasonable explanation for why people who have not done anything for the previous 4 years are running for the Okkerville Defense Council again.
