Bob,male, 53 years old
Bob is 53 years old, does not smoke and works as a mechanic with an organisation offering road service repairs(NRMA) to customers when their car breaks down. His family is now grown up and he lives with his wife. Visits an NIB dental centre near him once a year for a quick check-up. Does not like mobile phones and any other technology gadgets.
He is short on time so in the van he decides to make an appointment online at his Parramatta clinic near him. What’s important is that he can get an appointment between 4-5pm on Thursday (has a gap in his roster)and that it's’ reasonably close. (If not Parramatta then within 10k’s)

Friends!
Now there will be some analytics in usability.
If any of you are familiar with the technique of creating characters, you will understand everything. However, the rest will also be amusing to read.
So. Two years ago, my senior colleagues registered this character as a key character for the project "Portal for online booking appointments to the dentist":

I have never seen such a bad choice. Let's screw up the idea:
1. Bob is 53 ... do you often see the main target audience of online portals for men 53 years old?
2. Bob doesn't like mobile phones and other tech gadgets. Straight with every sentence more and more precise ...
3. Suddenly boba gets piss in the head and he decides to sign up online from his truck ... but wait ... he doesn't have a phone, let alone a smartphone. It seems to me that Bob is more likely to call than to suffer the internet bullshit.
4. Pay attention. Bob is doing well. He doesn't have a toothache. He just wants to schedule an annual checkup. Why is it so important for him that if this week on Tuesday there is no time, then look for another, unknown clinic with unknown prices and doctors within a radius of 10 km, instead of just making an appointment for Tuesday in a week .... it is not clear.
Generally. What a conclusion.
