Кто не знает - это очень известный в начале девяностых человек, занимавший колоссальный в плане полномочий пост - Главный Государственный инспектор, власть равна президентской и выше любого министра. Должность настолько высокая, что трусливый Ельцин её просто упразднил - на это у него была власть (а жаль).</b>**********
