К предыдущему посту. Вот эти документы. Но движок очень нелепый - открывается будто бы книга, и чтобы листать, надо наводить на верхний правый угол мышь. Тогда листается страница. Лучше бы ПДФ вывесили, но главное, что хоть так вывесили.

To the previous post. These are the documents. But the engine is very ridiculous - it looks like a book opens, and to flip through, you need to hover the mouse over the upper right corner. Then the page is scrolled. It would be better if the PDF was hung out, but the main thing is that at least it was hung out like that.
