Я прекрасно знаю, насколько важен доезд для больного (например, буквально за последние 30 дней я ездил на Скорой 3 раза в стационар и 3 раза они помогали дома; я всегда мысленно молюсь за бригаду, видя машину СМП на улице). Для меня не уступивший дорогу СМП автоматически расчеловечен, равно как оправдавший.
Есть только такие варианты для ситуации с присутствующим в машине человеком:
1) не уступившего скрутило (приступ), либо он при смерти или умер
2) отказала разом вся его тачка (от слова совсем в хлам и недвижима, может быть только оттащена)
3) в машине сидит неводитель: ребёнок, инвалид, т. е. лицо, физически НЕ СПОСОБНОЕ исправить ситуацию (пьяный или упоротый, спать хотел - не этот случай)
4) водитель, находящийся рядом с машиной, не может проникнуть в неё (инкассаторскую заклинило; но в ином случае обязан выбить боковуху)
5) стоящий и рад бы пропустить, но впереди и позади, слева, справа внезапно забили дорогу так, что ФИЗИЧЕСКИ нельзя преодолеть препятствие (авария с жертвами (надо запретить по пустякам стоять на месте ДТП - пробка из-за фары = преступление), обрушение грунта, дома, столба)
В остальных случаях - особый пункт статьи 105, даже если обошлось без жертв.
Но нам далеко до этого. Не один год бодались за то, чтобы нападение на врачей приравнять к нападению на ментов. Что уж говорить о ПРАВИЛЬНОМ (т. е. моём, и, надеюсь, вашем) почтительном отношении к Скорой.
Само существование СМП - это одно из немногих реально важных достижений человечества. Даже если это одна старая буханка на 100 верст.
Для меня эта буханка важнее 100... нет, важнее 10.000.000.000 президентских кортежей. Нет, иначе. Там, в этой буханке - то, что арифметике не поддаётся.
Непропущенцы же по понтам, пьяни и дури для меня расчеловечены.
