И меня тоже в своё время, статья та же. Вот она - государственная машина, которую ты так обожаешь. Нет, ну понятно, почему идет атака именно на представителей этой команды. Но сам принцип "по ощущениям" - это как раз то и есть, и он пронизывает всё от уровня дворника до высших органов власти.
Помнишь, миллионера не пустили осмотреть квартиру, потому что консьержке не понравилось, что он скромно одет?
Или "О людях судят по первому впечатлению", "Первое впечатление не обманывает" - дебильная позиция из той же когорты.
Примеры. Моё лицо, манеры и одежда в своё время так не понравились каким-то секретаршам в МГУ, что про меня тоже пытались сочинить напраслину.
Это касается всех. И те, кто обвиняет, могут тоже кому-то не приглянуться и угодить под арест "по ощущениям".
И ещё ранее, до РФ, при СССР.
Есть у нас в стране (да и в США) неписанный Закон: "На него обиделась девочка - он плохой". Из-за такой девочки, которой я пальцем не трогал, меня выставили монстром на всю школу в первых классах. А я просто шел мимо женского туалета, в который за несколько секунд до этого заглянули и закричали мальчишки и убежали. Оказалось, там девочка испугалась и передние зубы сломала о раковину в падении. Учительница появилась, когда я проходил мимо двери. Что за ней - не знал. Девочку эту не знал.
В итоге - виновен я, а те шалуны - не найдены. Виновен потому, что я был у туалета тогда, когда там кто-то начал реветь. Я стал монстром, осуждаемым и стоящим перед всеми как у позорного столба. А у неё остались выщербленными буквой "Л" зубы. Мой отец погиб незадолго до этого, а то там весь педколлектив срал бы костями и в ноги мне падал за клевету.
КЛЕВЕТА является универсальным инструментом обвинения неугодных.
И у нас какой-то русский крест - в неё верят.
А по законам Хаммурапи за ложное обвинение убивали обвинившего.
Обвиняют по ощущениям, на эмоциях, по подозрениям. Есть мерзкая пословица: "Дыма без огня не бывает". А сейчас это пышным цветом расцвело. При Сталине оправдывали, сейчас - если не посадят, то условно дадут.
Обвинительный характер суда? Берите шире. Обвинительный характер общества. Обвиняют родители детей и дети родителей. Обвиняют нищий народ в том, что он не под бомбами в 1941. И все виноваты. Комплекс вины и обвинения как болезнь общества.
А те, кто реально виновен, "доедают глухаря".
