На три листа А4 можно расписать недостатки чего угодно, самого заставляли, умею.
Например. Сложилась традиция, при которой слово "Комиссия" (а также "Проверка") - это для работника страшное ругательство и синоним стакана с корвалолом (хотя, по идее, комиссия должна помочь делать лучше, но... ПРЕЗУМПЦИЯ ВИНОВНОСТИ).
Но ругательство - не для Членов Комиссии: когда ты Член - ты (челядь по жизни, которая сама боится Комиссий), можешь почувствовать вкус существования ЧЕЛОВЕКОМ. Ненадолго став Членом, ты становишься КЕМ-ТО, пусть и временно. И такую свою значимость чувствуешь (на самом деле это та же униженность и обездоленность, но наоборот), что прямо реветь в три ручья хочется.
А если ты Член не на время, а надолго, и чувствовать себя Членом, Альфачом хоть в каком-то конфликте ты можешь по праву принадлежности к неким организациям - чисто психологически ты более всего боишься, что тебе покажут зеркало, где ты увидишь того самого чеховского чиновника Ивана Дмитриевича Червякова, который в театре чихнул на генерала и в итоге от нервяков помер.
Многовековая забитость и униженность, которая преодолевалась только во время войн или в период Ленина-Сталина - корень вот такого экзистенциального переворота.
