????пройдём 9 популярных стратегий поведения и вы узнаете, какая из них у вас преобладает на данный момент
????посмотрим на взаимосвязь состояния личной тревожности с 9 копинг-стратегиями поведения
????обсудим новую гипотезу по методам совладения с тревогой и снижением уровня перфекционизма
P.S. Представленный материал - результат исследования в рамках написания магистерской диссертации в НИУ ВШЭ
Вторая часть рабочей группы - разбор личных кейсов участников.
