Все те же, давно знакомые и известные всем людям не планете, плюсы: 10 минут пешком до метро Озерки, Лента, Окей, Магнит в соседнем доме, просторная светлая огромная комната с большим окном, просторная огромная кухня с мини - библиотекой и горой посуды на любой вкус, ну и самое сладкое напоследок - 2 соседа - чудо - богатыря, они, конечно, не из ларца, с лица разные , да и есть за вас не будут. Но в остальном - идеальные соседи.
А, забыл. Раздельный санузел. И турник. Ну что тебе еще надо, бродяга? Это твое идеальное пристанище.
