Впервые в жизни мне нужно было отправить деньги за границу, а именно в США, на американский банковский счёт.

Для этого я решил воспользоваться услугами крупнейшего банка нашей страны - Сбербанка.

Я отправил деньги 1 июня, они должны были прийти за три дня, как мне сказали. Когда прошло десять дней, я позвонил в Сбербанк, и мне ответили, что они не видят переводов, которые были внесены наличными и, мол, обращайтесь в то отделение, в котором отправляли.

Через пару дней я добрался до отделения, где меня заверили, что никаких проблем не было и деньги ушли. Я продолжил ждать...

Когда прошло три недели с момента отправления, я отчаялся ждать и перевёл деньги своему другу в США на русскую карточку, а он уже со своего американского счёта перевёл деньги на нужный мне счёт. Всё это заняло у меня три дня.

Снова приехав в то злополучное отделение Сбербанка, я узнал, что деньги вернулись без указания причины и мне должны были сообщить об этом по SMS. Но никто мне, как вы понимаете, не сообщил.

Сбербанк применяет самые новейшие технологии, использует искусственный интеллект, но в 2019 году не может нормально и быстро перевести деньги в другую страну и отслеживать перевод по телефону или онлайн...

Надеюсь, в ближайшие 5 лет вся банковская система в ее нынешнем состоянии окончательно умрет, потому что это просто каменный век и обдираловка!

When three weeks passed from the moment of departure, I despaired of waiting and transferred the money to my friend in the United States to a Russian card, and he already transferred money from his American account to the account I needed. It all took me three days.

When I came back to that ill-fated branch of Sberbank, I found out that the money had been returned without giving a reason and they should have informed me about it via SMS. But no one, as you know, told me.

Sberbank applies the latest technologies, uses artificial intelligence, but in 2019 it cannot transfer money to another country normally and quickly and track the transfer by phone or online ...

I hope that in the next 5 years the entire banking system in its current state will finally die, because this is just a stone age and a rip-off!
