Сегодня оказалось, что собираться втроём нельзя не в фигуральном, а в самом что ни на есть прямом смысле слова.
Утром, в районе девяти, на старом автовокзале Елена Попова, Борис Батый и Соня Мошиян собрались вместе поехать в Новочеркасск - отметить пятидесятилетие Новочеркасского расстрела. Там их и задержали - якобы они были похожи на проходивших по ориентировке "высокого мужчину с двумя или тремя женщинами". Доставили их в седьмое отделение полиции на Советской 16. Это всё я узнал позже.
А пока утром приходит СМСка от Лены. Я собираюсь, смотрю в яндекс-картах где это вообще и еду туда. По дороге я позвонил в седьмое отделение, спросил, "находится ли у них в отделении некая Елена Попова". Мне сказали, что нет, что вообще никого нету, "камеры пусты". Соврали. Как мне позже расскажет Борис, они слышали, как я звонил и как дежурный мне отвечал.
Дождавшись, пока подойдёт Тамила Грицунова - она не активистка, но я, увы, вообще мало кого знаю. В частности я не знал, будет ли там кто-то, кроме меня - и было у меня опасение, что если я там буду один, меня могут прихватить докучи, и сказать, что так и было. Я попросил Тамилу меня поддержать, она согласилась - спасибо ей.
Так вот, заходим внутрь. Пытаемся зайти - там сразу за входной дверью решётка, она закрыта. В предбаннике я сразу вижу Лену, Бориса и Соню. Позже я узнаю, что их как привезли - так и держали в этом предбаннике без всякого оформления. Дергаю решетку. Меня спрашивают "куда", я объясняю - я защитник Елены Поповой. Спрашивают - "от чего защитник". Скороговоркой начинаю объяснять, что с момента задержания человек имеет право на защитника, что поскольку её держат в помещении без возможности его покинуть - она задержана, даже если не было оформлено административное задержание, что в конституции есть такой пункт и что они это всё прекрасно знают, лучше меня. Говорю, увы, достаточно сбивчиво и взволновано - всё это для меня внове, нервничаю.
Написал заявление с просьбой предоставить Лене возможность написать доверенность на меня в качестве защитника, поскольку у нас с ней заключён предварительный договор. Но оказалось, что вместе с задержанными уже был некто, как мне объяснила Лена, "папин студент". Он попросил меня не поднимать кипеж, что сейчас всё решат, Лена подтвердила. Мы с Тамилой некоторое время постояли в промежутке между дверью и решеткой, потом полицейский, который сидел "на кнопке", попросил меня подождать снаружи. Я поинтересовался, скоро ли их выпустят, и мы вышли наружу.
"Студент", действительно, справился - вскорости всех троих отпустили. Произошло это чуть позже 11ти. Лене экстрима хватило, и она поехала домой - я боюсь, что папа посадил её под домашний арест. Ну а мы втроём поехали в Новочеркасск. По дороге Борис и Соня рассказали, что в этот раз они попробовали новую тактику - отказались представляться, отказались предъявлять паспорт. Потому что законных оснований для задержания не было, а покажи паспорт - скажут что фальшивый и всё равно повинтят, такое с ними уже было. но личность будет установлена, и можно будет сразу писать, что мол рукались матом, беспричинно приставали к прохожим, на замечания не реагировали и т.п.
Вчера только Пархоменко рассказывал на примере Алёниного предостережения, что теперь что угодно можно будет объявить публичным мероприятием. А уже сегодня подтверждение: даже втроём собираться - подозрительно. Я хочу заметить, что в Новочеркасске был отнюдь не оппозиционный митинг, а вполне себе официальные мероприятия. Положили цветы к памятному камню.
Мы видели эти цветы.
И один из букетов был перевязан белой ленточкой.
