НУЖНА КРОВЬ
В понедельник, 30го, на ростовской станции переливания крови я встретил Владимира.
Его десятилетняя дочка, Лена, в школе неудачно упала набок. И получила разрыв почки.
Теперь она лежит в "двадцатке", в детском хирургическом отделении. И ей нужна донорская кровь.
Требуются минимум ЧЕТЫРЕ ДОНОРА, лучше - больше.
Папа пришёл на станцию переливания, пока мама сидела с дочкой. Но оказалось, что оба они переболели в детстве желтухой. А это исключает донорство.
ВЫ можете ПОМОЧЬ Владимиру и Лене,
сдав кровь 4го января
Для этого нужно:
1) НЕ ПИТЬ 2го и 3его;
2) Вечером 3его не есть жирную, жаренную, острую пищу, молоко, яйца, масло, шоколад, финики;
3) Утром 4го или не завтракать или позавтракать легко, исключив жиры и белки: каша без масла, чай, печеньки, морс, фрукты, овощи. Я предпочитаю не завтракать - для простоты.

Во время новогодних праздников станция переливания будет работать один раз, 4го января, с 8:30 до 12 часов.
