⠀Не важно, во что инвестировать, важно инвестировать, а не спекулировать.

⠀Возьмём, к примеру, акции. Можно покупать их с целью получения дивидендной прибыли, а можно делать ставку на изменение цены, Long или Short, в зависимости от прогноза рынка.

⠀В первом случае - это инвестиция.
Во втором - спекуляция.
⠀
⠀И там, и там можно заработать, но есть существенные различия:

⠀Инвестирование - игра с положительным коэффициентом,
Спекуляция - игра с отрицательным коэффициентом.
⠀
⠀Что это такое? Те, кто знает, как устроены казино, поймут.
⠀
⠀Чем дольше клиент играет в казино, тем больше выигрывает казино. Это и есть отрицательный коэффициент для игрока.
⠀
⠀С другой стороны - чем больше ты строишь и владеешь казино, тем больше у тебя денег - для владельцев коэффициент положительный.

⠀Инвестор, чем больше инвестирует, тем больше учится и набирается опыта. Он снижает риски своего портфеля, а ROI повышает. Делает деньги быстрее, больше и с все меньшими усилиями.

⠀Спекулянт же, чем больше играет, тем больше эмоционально и энергетически выгорает, выматывается, устает сдерживать азарт и поднимает ставки.

⠀Так что не важно, во что Вы вкладываете деньги: акции, облигации, опционы, крипта, фонды, недвижимость и пр., важно какую игру Вы ведете: инвестора или спекулянта.

⠀А отличить очень просто: если в момент покупки Вы знаете свою прибыль - Вы инвестор. Если же в момент покупки Вы не знаете, принесет вам сделка плюс или минус, то Вы - спекулянт.
