Сначала базовый набор действий. Я кстати так и не смогу найти в интернете как и что правильно делать, пришлось кое-где походить несколько раз.
1. Действие первое - справка по форме 046-1. Все остальное до этой справки не имеет смысла. Брать ее в платных услугах по месту обслуживания (у меня вторая городская больница, кабинет 211). С собой надо - паспорт, военный билет, полис страховой. Количество стволов (трава или травма + гладкий или только гладкий) ни на что не влияет. Сумма по всем врачам у меня была 1100 рублей ( я еще на права делал), дали две справки сразу, для двух типов оружия. Кстати во второй городской очень адекватные люди, все рассказали.
2. Врачи адовые. Далее поехали в первый день очень надо - сдать кровь, сделать флюру, все до часа дня. Остальное по желанию, вернуться через 2 дня надо будет за второй партией анализов, тогда же можно допилить всех остальных врачей.
3. Дурка и нарколог. Тут все просто в дурку надо ехать в 8 утра, иначе там толпа. Я успел ровно в 8 зашел где-то вторым, за 15 минут за мной выстроилось человек 20. Дальше в нарколога. Ехать к ним надо просто с паспортов и справкой которую вам уже дали в поликлинике. Ничего дополнительного не надо. Штамп и там и там стоит 200р, на любое количество справок. У меня было три - права, гладкий ствол, травма. В наркологии надо будет доплатить еще 20р за каждую справку сверх одной, на голограмму.
Итого на этот этап 1500р.
Через 2 дня возвращаемся в поликлинику кровь и флюра готовы, печати от дурки и нарколога есть, добиваем остальных врачей, потом идем в проф.кабинет (нумер 102), потом отправят наверх подписать всем главврачем или завотделением. Плюс печати напротив регистратуры.
После всего этого надо пройти обучение. Я взял школу Русич, на ВШ116а. Сайт и прочее у них не стоит смотреть - все говно. Сами преподы более менее нормальные, если мозг на месте то оружейный ЕГЭ сдадите сразу. 10 вопросов, к ним неплохо готовят. Начало в 8-30 утра, каждый понедельник. Заканчивается все в тире где-то в 16-00, придется взять отгул.
Дадут пострелять 3 раза из травмы, 3 раза из сайги410. Для страйкболистов - детский сад. Стрелять в индустриальном УВД в тире. Стоимость всего удовольствия 2500р, с собой только паспорт и бабло, справки и прочее вам там не нужны.
Акт о прохождении дадут где-то через неделю. Я вот его как раз жду.
Далее идем или звоним участковому и уточняем у него каким именно образом, по его мнению, должен быть установлен сейф оружейный. У всех по-разному, кому-то два болта в несущую стену, кому-то один в стену один в пол. В общем дабы избежать геморроя лучше позвоните и узнайте заранее.
Остальное по идее просто - идем в районный ЛРО и получаем лицензию, это у меня еще впереди, ждите обновления, надеюсь до конца года успею.
Я итого угрохал два полных дня - в один прошел дурку, нарколога, вторых врачей. И один для сдачи теории и практики.
