Россиянин Дмитрий Рогозин (играет Сергей Безруков) остаётся брошенным на Марсе так же, как и в пендосском фильме.
Когда выясняется, что он жив, начинается подготовка к спасательной операции. Президент говорит с экранов о том, что мы своих не бросаем, и поэтому придётся потуже затянуть пояса.
На сайте гос. закупок тут же появляется тендер на изготовление и доставку дрона с продуктами на Марс на 90 миллиардов долларов. В тот же день без конкурса тендер выигрывает фирма Роттенбергов, созданная за день до размещения тендера.
Начинается активная подготовка к постройке космодрома, вырубается лес в сибирском заповеднике на участке размером со средний российский город. Весь участок обносится забором, расставляется охрана.
Через 5 месяцев одному из политических активистов удаётся попасть за территорию забора. Проведя за забором двое суток и заполнив 32 гигабайта памяти айфона видео и фотографиями с участка, активист не находит следов начала стройки, помимо вырубленного леса и привезённых на перекантовку стройматериалов и цветных металлов. На следующий день после публикации поста активиста задерживает полиция, судья приговаривает его к 25 годам тюрьмы за террористическую деятельность, подрывающую самые основы государственного строя. Киселёв, Соловьёв, Пучков, Шарий и все остальные герои кремлёвских СМИ без перерыва рассказывают с экранов о том, как активист в содействии с Украиной и США пронёс взрывчатые вещества на космодром и осуществил диверсию, из-за которой теперь, возможно, не удастся спасти Дмитрия Рогозина. У Навального на 5 лет за решётку сажают хомяка.
Навальный пишет ещё один пост, объясняя, что взрывать было нечего и задаётся вопросом, куда ушли 90 миллиардов. На Алексея тут же заводится ещё одно уголовное дело, в новостях сообщают, что Навальный украл весь сибирский лес и сам себя сдал, разместив фотографии вырубленного заповедника в блоге. Портрет «плохой-хороший» человек арестовывают в офисе ФБК и садят в тюрьму на 8 лет.
В связи с порчей недостроенного космодрома на сайте гос. закупок открывается новый тендер, на постройку и отправку спасательного шатла с продуктами на 140 миллиардов. Тендер выигрывает Тимченко, тоже без конкурса.
