Мы с детьми живём сейчас на даче. Это чудесное место, где прошло моё детство, где в доме стоит антикварная мебель, а скатерти вышиты прабабушкой. Мои дети - пятое поколение, живущее в доме, который в послевоенные годы строил мой прадед. Это наше родовое гнездо, здесь все дышит историей нашей семьи. И здесь я чувствую, как заряжается моя батарейка. Мне приятно знать всех соседей в округе, иметь с ними добрые отношения, болтать о всяких пустяках при встрече. Но недавно я открыла для себя ещё один ресурс. Старшему сыну сейчас почти 4, младьшему год. А у них уже сто друзей. Я наблюдаю за тем, как общаются дети, и открываю для себя много нового (которое хорошо забытое старое). Мне с этой разновозрастной оравой (а в ближайшем окружении человек 15 от 1 до 14 лет) общаться интереснее, проще и приятнее, чем со взрослыми. Дети - без лишних напрягов, они искренние, их видно насквозь. Конечно, я для них взрослая, но они для меня не маленькие. Они учат меня, дают мне намного больше, чем может показаться на первый взгляд. Они - мои настоящие друзья, как ни странно. Сегодня девочка Маша подарила мне фенечку, и это самый дорогой подарок за последнее время. Это важно. А я стараюсь сделать их детство чуточку интересней, чтобы прикоснуться к этому чистому счастью ещё раз.

My children and I now live in the country. This is a wonderful place where I spent my childhood, where there is antique furniture in the house, and the tablecloths are embroidered by my great-grandmother. My children are the fifth generation living in the house that my great-grandfather built in the post-war years. This is our ancestral nest, everything here breathes with the history of our family. And here I can feel my battery charging. I am pleased to know all the neighbors in the district, to have good relations with them, to chat about all sorts of trifles when we meet. But recently I discovered another resource for myself. The eldest son is now almost 4, the youngest is a year old. And they already have a hundred friends. I observe how children communicate and discover a lot of new things (which are well forgotten old). It is more interesting, easier and more pleasant for me to communicate with this mixed-age crowd (and in the immediate environment there are 15 people from 1 to 14 years old) than with adults. Children - without unnecessary stress, they are sincere, you can see through them. Of course, I am an adult for them, but they are not small for me. They teach me, give me much more than it might seem at first glance. They are my real friends, oddly enough. Today the girl Masha gave me a bauble, and this is the most expensive gift in recent years. It is important. And I try to make their childhood a little more interesting in order to touch this pure happiness again.
