Не смогла пройти мимо, уж больно зацепила меня история с гомелькой учительницей.???? Кто не в курсе, погуглите. А если коротко, то дети весь урок достовали учительницу и она незензурно выразилась, дети это сняли и выложили в ютуб, это был 4й класс.???? Сразу скажу, в этой истории нет правых, есть виноватые, причём абсолютно все. Больше всего меня возмутила, обычная для Беларуси практика, уволить не разбираясь????
Почему нельзя рассмотреть все обстоятельства дела, поговорить с учителями, детьми. Отправить педагога к психологу, если в этом есть необходимость. Поработать с ребёнком.
Я сама педагог, пусть и не долго. И хочется сказать несколько слов в защиту учителей. В нашей стране учитель это бесправная тряпка, которой затыкают все дырки. Родители не платят коммунальные услуги, нужно педагогу идти просить родителей заплатить. Нет оповещятеля пожарного, тоже педагог должен следить и даже за тем чтобы батарейки в нем были поменяны, в частных домах проверять систему печного отопления. А что вы думали..????
Если с ребёнком в не школьное время, что-то случилось, виновата тоже школа. И это не беря в расчёт неподьемное количество бумаг, которые они должны заполнять, тетрадей, которые, они должны проверять, уроков, которые они должны готовить. ???? И при этом безропотно сносить открытое хамство, сквернословие, не уважительно отношение и пренебрежение со стороны некоторых учеников, а очень часто и родителей. И мы, родители отправляя своего ребёнка в школу, сад (это и воспитателей касается), не научив его правилам поведения, уважительному отношению к старшим, хотим чтобы на нашего "зайчика" даже голос не повысили.
Я не скажу, в большинстве, детки хорошие, послушные и прилично себя ведущие, но встречаются такие отлёты, к которым тяжело подобрать подход и корни этого в семье, где нет уважения друг к другу, где родители не знают, как общатся с ребёнком, кроме как сунув ему планшет????
Посмотрите, что делают на западе, там уважают права детей, но и права учителя тоже. И если ребёнок неоднократно показывает плохое поведение, его попросту выгоняют со школы. Дети должны знать, что у них есть не только права, но и ОБЯЗАННОСТИ!!!!!!!
Нужно кординально пересматривать отношения к педагогам.
Обращаясь к родителям которые считают что их чадо всегда право, сходите в школу, сад, и побудьте там целый день и вы увидите, как реально ведут себя дети.....
Терпения всем и крепких нервов, давайте будем добрее друг к другу!!!!
