Я наблюдаю за своим двором уже не первый день, и вот что обнаружила.
Есть тенденция парковаться не то что "где хочу", а так, что перекрыт выезд другим машинам, от слова совсем, и также затруднен проезд для тех, кто будет проезжать мимо.
Я наблюдала это не раз и не два, этим занимается не один человек, прямо сейчас таких примеров под окнами как минимум три. Это не зависит от марки: Nissan, Lexus, KIA, Audi, Mercedes...
Какие-то я даже запомнила: одного однажды видела задними колесами на тротуаре, припаркованного против шерсти мордой в проезд (сегодня он стоит, перекрывая выезд двум машинам, припаркованным на выделенном для этого месте), другой упорно ставит длинную машину на сгиб тротуара вокруг дома, при этом перед у него прижат к бордюру, а корма всегда (вообще всегда) болтается посередине проезда - "не, ну а чо"? Ну и третий однажды перекрыл выезд нам со львове и заодно ещё двум машинам, уехать тогда не удалось, сейчас он же стоит у меня под окном, прижимаясь к машине, припаркованной у тротуара, и лишая её вообще каких-либо вариантов. И да, наверное, вы уже догадались, что номера под стеклом в описанных мною случаях я не увидела ни разу, когда смотрела специально.
В моём случае я прекрасно добралась и на маршрутке, на тот момент мне это было без разницы. Но ведь могут быть разные ситуации, когда машина действительно будет нужна! За домом всегда есть места, но, видимо, желание "припарковаться" в двух метрах от подъезда и не тащить свою задницу лишние две минуты оказывается сильнее. Кем надо быть, чтобы вмешаться в свободу чужого человека и потом спокойно спать? Что происходит в головах у таких людей? Ведь это взрослые, они могут думать и говорить, где-то работают, делают ремонт в новой квартире, возможно даже с кем-то спят. Ладно, шучу, я имела в виду, что они все при семьях - других я во дворе практически не видела. Что это такое - равнодушие, глупость или ненависть к людям? Я очень расстроена.

Well, the third one once blocked the exit for us from Lviv and at the same time for two more cars, then it was not possible to leave, now he is standing under my window, clinging to the car parked by the sidewalk, and depriving it of any options at all. And yes, you probably already guessed that in the cases I have described, I never saw the numbers under the glass in the cases I described, when I looked specifically.

After all, these are adults, they can think and speak, work somewhere, make repairs in a new apartment, perhaps even sleep with someone.
