Гигантский валун преграждает путь реке. По легенде это сердце страшного великана, который забирал из селений самых красивых девушек. Один герой по имени Хаджох, не смирился с похищением своей возлюбленной, в неравном бою он разрезал Руфабго и достал из него Сердце. Которое по настоянию мудреца Мезмая велено было кинуть куда-подальше. Сказано—сделано.
Вообще в Адыгее много интересных легенд, связанных с природными достопримечательностями.

A giant boulder blocks the path of the river. According to legend, this is the heart of a terrible giant who took the most beautiful girls from the villages.
