потому как башня не простая, каждый час на балкончик выходит Ангелок и молоточком отбивает в колокол текущее время！
В 12 дня и в 7 вечера в центральном секторе башни происходит кукольное представление.
Башня новодел и создана в 2010 году рядом с театром марионеток художником Резо Габриадзе. Театр и кафе у башни тоже его. Театру около 30лет！
