В лесах Западных Гат, да и повсеместно, приятные лозунги о природе, о безопасности на дорогах, о матушке Индии! Есть нормальные дороги,где-то и разметка, знаки повсеместно, не говоря уже о лежачих полицейских(speed braker). Светофоры...!?- кое где и они появляются!!!
Они индут в правильном направлении! Просто у них очень огромное и необразованное население, уклады средних веков!
Пройдет лет 500 и все будет, потерпите!!????
