В пансионате отобранных для участия в прямой линии людей организаторы разделили на секции и прослушали, как они могут задавать вопросы. По результатам бесед из нескольких сотен выбрали несколько десятков человек, которые и будут общаться с президентом. Кто-то задаст свои вопросы, кому-то предложили задать вопросы, заранее подготовленные организаторами, следует из слов собеседников РБК. С отобранными людьми провели отдельную репетицию. Остальным сказали, что они будут присутствовать в Гостином дворе в качестве массовки и не смогут обратиться напрямую к Путину, уточняет участник мероприятия.Все будущие участники прямой линии прошли жесткий инструктаж, рассказывает собеседник, близкий к организаторам. Им объяснили, что поднять руку можно не с целью задать вопрос главе государства, а чтобы дать сигнал организаторам о наличии проблемы. В таком случае к ним подойдут для решения проблем и не будут направлять на них камеру. Кроме этого, по словам собеседника, участникам запретили брать в руки микрофон у девушек — сотрудниц ВГТРК, которые будут подносить его задающим вопросы.
