Я вообще поняла, что многие вещи лучше понимаю, когда прочувствую телом. ????Умные мысли лучше доходят через тело.
Так и открытие про маски пришло через тело.
Маски - это то что мы одеваем на себя неосознанно. Их у нас очень много. У нас было целое задание [club135244126|@longlongline] и @filippmaster -выписать все свои маски: «правильная удобная девочка», «жертва»,... целый ???? из таких масок.
Впервые в Москве я была моделью. Да не просто моделью, а участвовала в проекте по художественному гриму трансформирующей [id1030652|@pacha_lu_ma]
Помимо всего, я получила одно важное открытие. ????Воспоминание.
Я на всю жизнь запомню запах силикона.
Я на всю жизнь запомню, как легко и приятно наносится силикон на кожу, с таким лёгким холодком. Как я полностью доверилась тому, кто наносит тебе маску.
Я на всю жизнь запомню, как я впервые не могла пошевелить головой, как моя новая маска крепко прилипла к голове, шее и стала мешать двигаться. И иногда отлепить ее сам ты уже не сможешь.
И только когда Лу мне подрезала что-то, я смогла крутить головой привычным образом. На всю жизнь запомню, как маска может незаметно затвердеть и сковать. И без помощи со стороны ты уже не справишься.
И ещё запомню, как мы передвигались на метро. Как было много людей в час пик, но на меня никто не напирал, никто ни разу не задел даже моего уха. Люди очень аккуратно и уважительно отступались и обходили меня! Я была как в прочном коконе своего образа!
Я на всю жизнь запомню, что такое сдирать с кожи силикон, маску.
Как вначале нужно намерение и поддержка учителя: «Сдирай!». Как дёргаются мышцы, как противится кожа.
Но потом такое освобождение, как глоток воздуха.
Я на всю жизнь запомню, как сложно содрать всю маску сразу, зараз. Сначала я так к ней привыкла, что просто не хотелось ее снимать.
А потом маска начинает раздражать кожу и тут начинается работа. Ведь так просто ее снять, не получается, не замечаешь всех остатков маски.
Только с 4 захода отодрала весь силикон на второй день с помощью подруги. Сам себя ведь не видишь полностью.
Но отличие в том, что моя маска — это желанная и осознанная роль.
А что если маска неосознанная и уже не работает?
«Сдирай!»
