Приходил к нам на детскую тренировку по фридайвингу самый глубокий человек планеты. Лёша [id25213222|@alexeymolchanov] ныряет в глубину на одном вдохе в моноласте на 130 метров.
Лёша легко и с большой улыбкой ответил на тысячу детских вопросов.
Лёша начал тренироваться в бассейне с трёх лет. А к 12 годам объёмы тренировок в бассейне достигли 20 км в день! Но Лёша не только спортсмен, он безупречный скрипач. Он обещает вернуться к музыке чуть позже. :) Говорит, до 40-50 лет будет выступать на соревнованиях, нырять будет всю жизнь!
Дети слушали с открытыми ртами, про Алёшино детство, победы, питание, приключения в океане с морскими обитателями.
Лёшка, спасибо тебе огромное за встречу, наши юные фридайверы счастливы!

The deepest person on the planet came to our freediving training for children. Lyosha [id25213222 | @alexeymolchanov] dives into depth with one breath in a monofin to 130 meters.
Lyosha easily and with a big smile answered a thousand children's questions.
Lyosha began training in the pool at the age of three. And by the age of 12, the volume of training in the pool reached 20 km per day! But Lyosha is not only an athlete, he is an impeccable violinist. He promises to return to music a little later. :) He says that until 40-50 years old he will perform in competitions, he will dive all his life!
