От души поздравляем спортсменов Федерации Фридайвинга с победами на международных соревнованиях CMAS, которые проходили здесь в Турции, в городе Каш, недалёко от нас.

Ровно три года назад мы стали инструкторами Федерации Фридайвинга [club1789396|@freedivingfederation].
Двенадцатидневное обучение проходило в Дахабе, с шестимесячным Кузенькой в животе и трёхлетним Фёдором рядом, который ни в какую не желал оставаться с няней, предпочитал обучаться с нами с 7:00 до 22:30 ежедневно. Мы много работали в воде, ныряли в бассейне и в море, учились учить, подход основательный, фундаментальный, за это большая благодарность Федерации. ???? Специально для инструкторского курса сшила «беременный» гидрик, который спасал нас с Кузенькой от холода на длительных водных практиках. Много теории, очень много информации, снова учились учить, после ныряния мозг хотел покоя, но мы напитывали его важными знаниями! Грызли сырой корень имбиря, просто кусали и жевали как яблоко, так мозгу было проще собраться после глубины. Сдачи нормативов - 75 м брассом в бассейне, отработка спасения с 20 метров, транспортировка на берег, оказание первой медицинской помощи.
Дипломная работа - «Детский Фридайвинг от 4х лет», построение тренировки, разбор детского снаряжения, изучение строения детского уха, ...
Сразу после инструкторского курса провели два подряд глубинных семинара, много работали с детьми и индивидуально со взрослыми.
Сейчас мы проводим по 4-5 глубинных семинаров в год для взрослых и продолжаем много нырять с детьми. Это наше самое любимое! Уже год мы детские инструкторы Федерации Фридайвинга, нас всего в России 5.

А это мы на рассвете загружаем буйки в корабль, чтобы отправиться в семичасовое нырятельное приключение, в нашем семейном фридайв лагере в Чирали.

Exactly three years ago we became instructors of the Freediving Federation [club1789396 | @freedivingfederation].
The twelve-day training took place in Dahab, with the six-month-old Kuzenka in his stomach and the three-year-old Fedor by his side, who did not want to stay with the nanny in any way, preferred to study with us from 7:00 to 22:30 daily. We worked a lot in the water, dived in the pool and in the sea, learned to teach, the approach is solid, fundamental, for this we are very grateful to the Federation. ???? Especially for the instructor's course, I sewed a "pregnant" wetsuit, which saved Kuzenka and me from the cold during long water practices. A lot of theory, a lot of information, we learned to learn again, after diving the brain wanted peace, but we imbued it with important knowledge! They gnawed raw ginger root, just bit and chewed like an apple, so it was easier for the brain to collect after depth. Passing the standards - 75 m breaststroke in the pool, practicing rescue from 20 meters, transportation to the shore, first aid.

Immediately after the instructor's course, we conducted two consecutive in-depth seminars, worked a lot with children and individually with adults.
Now we conduct 4-5 in-depth seminars a year for adults and continue to dive a lot with children. This is our favorite! For a year now we are children's instructors of the Freediving Federation, there are 5 of us in Russia.
