Кейс "Аналог против цифры"
Хочу представить Вам один из вариантов изготовления так называемого гибридного каркаса на винтовой фиксации.
????Чаще всего в таких случаях используют Cad-Cam технологии, моделируя конструкцию в программе с учетом антагонистов, после чего вытачивают ее из кобальтового диска или печатают из металлической пудры методом селективного лазерного спекания на 3D принтере.
????В данном случае, я руководствовался короткими сроками (5 часов) ???????? ????
поэтому изготовил каркас "аналоговым" способом,
смоделировав пластиковый сердечник на Ti основах и домоделировал его воском.
Литье Co-Cr осуществлялось на центробежной литейке.
????Так как конструкция не протяженная, вопрос о посадке не вставал.
Мостик сел без пайки с пассивной посадкой ????

???? Most often, in such cases, Cad-Cam technologies are used, modeling the structure in a program taking into account antagonists, and then grind it out of a cobalt disk or print it from a metal powder by selective laser sintering on a 3D printer.
???? In this case, I was guided by short terms (5 hours) ???????? ????
therefore I made the frame in an "analog" way,
I modeled a plastic core on Ti bases and finished it with wax.
Co-Cr casting was carried out on a centrifugal casting.
???? Since the structure is not long, the question of landing did not arise.
The bridge sat down without soldering with a passive fit ????
