Gender reveal party – забавная американская традиция. На этой вечеринке будущие родители, а также их гости узнают пол ребенка.
Чаще всего, это проделывается с помощью тортов. Причём, и самим родителям совсем не обязательно знать пол при заказе торта.
Делается это обычно так: когда беременной женщине делают УЗИ, врач не говорит ей пол ребенка, а пишет его на листе бумаги и запечатывает в конверт.
Будущие родители относят конверт к кондитеру, где он печет торт. Какого цвета будет начинка торта розовая или голубая – не знает никто!
На праздник приглашают близких родных и друзей будущих родителей.
Разрезание торта обычно происходит в конце вечеринки, гости с нетерпением ждут этого момента.
