Мне кажется, что любой, кто хоть немного понимает техническую часть, скажет что парень на 99,99% невиновен и арестовывать его не имеет смысла. И не понятно, то ли не во всех независимых и не пристрастных органах есть люди, которые понимают суть вопроса, то ли отчетность важнее здравого смысла.

It seems to me that anyone who understands the technical part at least a little will say that the guy is 99.99% innocent and there is no point in arresting him. And it is not clear whether not all independent and non-partisan bodies have people who understand the essence of the issue, or whether reporting is more important than common sense.
