Расскажу о том как закрыть ИП, не выходя из дома, с помощью сервиса от ФНС.

Нынешние ограничения в работе бизнеса, «каникулы» за счет работодателей, падение доходов населения, заставляют многих ИП закрываться. В ФНС пошли навстречу и упростили условия закрытия ИП во время действия ограничений в связи с вирусом.

Если раньше документы на закрытие можно было подать электронно только с помощью ЭЦП (цифровая подпись), то сейчас это можно сделать без нее. Просто нужно сделать селфи с паспортом (я не шучу) ????

Как это работает? Листай фото в посте и читай порядок действий — На сайте nalog.ru выбирай «гос регистрация ЮЛ и ИП» ???? Раздел «Индивидуальный предприниматель» и «Прекращаем деятельность в качестве ИП» ???? Регистрируемся на сайте через email и входим ???? Нажимай «Заполнить новое заявление» ???? Выбирай вид заявления «Форма Р26001…» ???? Из способов подачи заявления указывай второй пункт.
После этого заполняем заявление на закрытие, прикладываем скан паспорта и селфи с ним. Оплачиваем госпошлину и отправляем документы.

Но помните, что данный способ действует только на время ограничительных мер в связи с вирусом. И после закрытия ИП нужно не забыть подать закрывающую декларацию.
