В этой лаборатории мы планируем делать разнообразные проекты в области deep learning, но наш основной уклон — компьютерное зрение на основе синтетических данных. Основное, что требуется от вас — уверенно разбираться в машинном обучении и современных нейросетевых моделях, как теоретически, так и практически. Желательный уровень кандидатов — "могу прочитать современную статью по deep learning и реализовать модель из статьи, даже если готового кода на гитхабе не нашлось". Конкретные библиотеки на этом уровне не так уж важны, но понятно, что сейчас это скорее всего PyTorch или TensorFlow/Keras.
Желателен опыт работы именно в computer vision, особенно object detection, сегментации, обработке видео, но можно поговорить и если занимались чем-то другим. Кроме того, важным дополнительным плюсом будет знакомство с "классическим" computer vision, опыт разработки в OpenCV, а также опыт академической деятельности (публикации).
Вилка 120-250К рублей в месяц (думаю, скорее всего $3K-$4K) по результатам собеседования. Остальные условия обсуждаемы, но в целом ищем кандидатов на full-time работу в небольшом офисе в Петербурге. С по-настоящему звёздными кандидатами мы всегда поймём друг друга и сможем договориться индивидуально. Для вас это уникальный шанс зайти в потенциально очень мощную компанию, как говорится, on the ground floor. Кстати, бонусы/токены/опционы тоже возможны, мы пока что стартап.

The main thing that is required of you is to be confident in machine learning and modern neural network models, both theoretically and practically. The desired level of candidates is "I can read a modern article on deep learning and implement the model from the article, even if there was no ready-made code on the github." Specific libraries at this level are not that important, but it is clear that now it is most likely PyTorch or TensorFlow / Keras.
Experience in computer vision is desirable, especially object detection, segmentation, video processing, but you can also talk if you were doing something else. In addition, an important additional plus will be familiarity with the "classic" computer vision, development experience in OpenCV, as well as experience in academic activities (publications).
Fork 120-250K rubles per month (I think, most likely $ 3K- $ 4K) based on the results of the interview. The rest of the conditions are negotiable, but in general we are looking for candidates for full-time work in a small office in St. Petersburg. With truly star candidates, we will always understand each other and will be able to negotiate individually.
