Как правильно было дано объяснение при ДТП после столкновения с а/м Hummer!
Я, ФИО, двигался __.__.2012 года в__.__в сторону пр.Красной Армии на скутере Gilera Fuoco 500. Правил не нарушал, за дорожной ситуацией следил.
На перекрестке с ул.Бероунская неожиданно для меня и прочих участников ДТД на красный свет выехал а/м Hummer черного цвета без должным образом установленного госномера. Я, земетив опасность и избегая ДТП был вынужден в торможении выехать на полосу встречного движения, где и остановился на обочине.
В процессе торможения, маневра и остановки услышал сильный удар сзади. Обернувшись увидел, что а/м #Hummer ударил следующий со мной в одном направлении а/м #Suzuki Jimny госномер ____, практически оторвав ему капотное пространство. Заметив за рулем пострадавшего а/м Suzuki Jimny девушку, я отправился оказывать ей возможную первую помощь.
Подойдя к машине я заметил ребенка в детском кресле на заднем сидении. Я открыл багажник пострадавшего автомобиля, через него достал ребенка (мальчик лет 4 примерно), взял там же знак аварийной остановки, установил его и через окно водительской двери помог выбраться наружу девушке-водителю.
Препроводив ее и ребенка на обочину и убедившись, что они серьезно не пострадали, я попросил водителя а/м Mitsubishi Airtrek госномер______, который тоже остановился для оказания помощи, вызвать Скорую Помощь и ГАИ. Далее я подошел к а/м Hummer исключительно с целью убедиться, нужна ли его водителю моя помощь. В открытое окно данного а/м я увидел двух лиц, прибывших явно из южных регионов. Об этом свидетельствовала темная кожа, курчавые жесткие волосы и характерные черты лица.
Я предположил, что передо мной находятся заблудившиеся испанские туристы и дружелюбно спросил на их родном языке, не заметили ли они красный цвет светофора — Al huele pido rosa? (Испанский язык я изучал в школе при посольстве СССР в Мадриде, где водителем работал мой отец).
В ответ водитель а/м Hummer через открытое окно своего автомобиля ударил меня левой рукой в область головы. Так как шлем, в котором я обязан ездить по ПДД я на этот момент не снял, то удар пришелся по нему. Именно этим я объясняю сломанные 4 пальца на его левой руке. Далее он выскочил из машины и нанес так же в район головы удар правой рукой. Именно этим я могу объяснить перелом ее в районе лучевой кости.
Выскочивший затем из этого же автомобиля пассажир нанес мне удар каким-то тяжелым предметом по спине, я с ним в единоборство вступать не стал, а просто аккуратно положил на асфальт и как законопослушный гражданин принялся ждать прибытие наряда ГАИ.
Каких-либо повреждений он мне не нанес, так как под курткой я был одет в мотоэкипировку, в просторечии более известной как «черепаха». Его сломанный нос и сломанную челюсть могу объяснить тем, что подушки безопасности в момент удара а/м Hummer о а/м Suzuki Jimny не сработали и он поранился о переднюю панель автомобиля.
О разорванном в клочья служебном удостоверении Помощника Депутата Махачкалинского Совета Депутатов на имя… ФИО...., я ничего сообщить не могу, так как мне это не известно. Так же мне не известно, как порванное служебное удостоверение могло оказаться во рту и пищеводе водителя а/м Hummer.
Что-либо сообщить о собравшейся вокруг места ДТП группе граждан на мотоциклах и скутерах не могу, так как я совершенно не знаю этих людей.
Так же мне абсолютно ничего не известно о том, кто порезал все колеса а/м Hummer, кто проткнул его крышу ломом, кто разбил все стекла и порезал кожаный салон, тем самым приведя его в негодность, и уже упомянутым ломом разворотил и так поврежденный капот и повредил двигатель.
Правдивость моих слов могут подтвердить свидетели и участники ДТП, например водители а/м Mitsubishi Airtrek госномер ____ и а/м Suzuki Jimny.

Turning around, I saw that the #Hummer car hit the next car #Suzuki Jimny with the license plate ____ next to me in the same direction, practically tearing off the bonnet space for it. Noticing a girl behind the wheel of the injured Suzuki Jimny, I went to provide her with possible first aid.
Approaching the car, I noticed a child in a child seat in the back seat. I opened the trunk of the injured car, through it I took out a child (a boy of about 4 years old), took an emergency stop sign in the same place, installed it and helped the girl-driver to get out through the window of the driver's door.
Having escorted her and the child to the side of the road and making sure that they were not seriously injured, I asked the driver of the Mitsubishi Airtrek car license plate ______, who also stopped to provide assistance, to call an ambulance and traffic police. Then I approached the Hummer car solely to make sure if his driver needed my help. Through the open window of this car, I saw two persons who had clearly arrived from the southern regions. This was evidenced by dark skin, curly coarse hair and characteristic facial features.
I assumed that in front of me were lost Spanish tourists and asked in a friendly language in their native language if they had noticed the red color of the traffic light - Al huele pido rosa? (I studied Spanish at the school at the USSR Embassy in Madrid, where my father worked as a driver).
In response, the driver of the Hummer car hit me in the head area with his left hand through the open window of his car. Since I did not take off the helmet, in which I am obliged to ride according to the traffic rules, at that moment, the blow fell on him. This is how I explain the broken 4 fingers on his left hand. Then he jumped out of the car and struck in the same area of the head with his right hand. This is how I can explain her fracture in the radius.
A passenger who then jumped out of the same car hit me on the back with some heavy object, I did not engage in single combat with it, but simply laid it down gently on the asphalt and, like a law-abiding citizen, began to wait for the arrival of the traffic police.
He did not inflict any damage on me, since under my jacket I was wearing motorcycle equipment, in common parlance better known as "turtle". I can explain his broken nose and broken jaw by the fact that the airbags at the moment of impact of the Hummer on the Suzuki Jimny did not work and he was injured on the front panel of the car.
About the service certificate of the Assistant Deputy of the Makhachkala Council of Deputies, torn to shreds, addressed to ... full name ..., I can not say anything, since I do not know. I also don’t know how a torn official ID could end up in the mouth and esophagus of the driver of the Hummer.
I cannot report anything about the group of citizens on motorcycles and scooters gathered around the accident site, since I do not know these people at all.
I also know absolutely nothing about who cut all the wheels of a Hummer car, who pierced its roof with a crowbar, who broke all the windows and cut the leather interior, thereby rendering it unusable, and with the already mentioned crowbar tore the already damaged bonnet and damaged the engine.
