Каждый, даже самый скептически настроенный на этот вид тренировок, согласился, что уровень нагрузок и техники не уступает тренировкам в привычном зале.
Так и сегодня, провели тренировку с семьей папа и два сына, разделив занятия на два часа.
Папа остался доволен результатом, сказал, что теперь не бросит режим находясь дабе за границей.
А проблема с привозом ребёнка в спортзал уже решена!????
