Основные моменты:
- Чиновники думают, что это их город и они могут решать, где людям собираться, потом ищут формальные причины, чтобы это своё политическое желание законным путём реализовать.
Но это нарушение и конституции, и федерального закона. Нельзя отказывать собираться на Тверской только потому, что чиновникам этого не хочется. Чиновники совершенно обоснованно были посланы в задницу.
- Совершенно мирные люди, много молодёжи, вышли на Тверскую. Кто-то с лозунгами и плакатами, кто-то просто так вообще гулял.
Общественный порядок не нарушался, даже улицу не перекрыли, никто не бил витрины, не поджигал бутылки с зажигательной смесью, не строил баррикады. Максимум люди скандировали «Путин вор».
И вот мирных спокойных молодых людей разгоняли ОМОНом в полной экипировке, растаскивали по автозакам, увозили в отделения полиции. С чего вдруг вообще?
- Большинству задержанных вменяли не участие в массовой акции (плакатов, выступлений, лозунгов особо не было, поэтому мало кому это можно было предъявить), а неповиновение полиции. Абсолютное большинство рапортов на эту тему написаны под копирку и в них враньё.
- Причина всех этих безобразий в том, что власть пытается использовать Росгвардию, ОВД и суды, чтобы запугать людей. Чтобы было страшно и все в следующий раз боялись выйти, мол, ууууу, посадят, даже если ничего делать не будешь.
Это нарушает конституцию, федеральные законы и здравый смысл.
- При нормальном расследовании все факты всплывут: такую систему невозможно было выстроить незаметно и без следов. Полицейским надо было промыть мозги, чтобы они детей на велосипедах винтили, начальникам ОВД дать распоряжения, давить на суды.
Если завтра вызвать на допросы участвующих в этих безобразиях людей, то они сразу всё выдадут, и виновных можно будет посадить, а руководство Росгвардии, московской полиции и судьи уйдут в отставку, а то и тоже сядут.
Но нормального расследования в России не будет, пока не сменится власть, поэтому главное не пугаться, не сдаваться. Ну и отсуживать себе деньги через ЕСПЧ, перспективы тут очевидные, а Навальный всем обещал :)

Бывает, но там никогда не винтят мирных граждан. Когда там поджигают машины, бьют витрины и кидают бутылки с зажигательной сместью, тогда да, жестко винтят.

Даже если и нарушали. Статья КоАП есть о переходе улицы на красный свет, например. ОМОН не винтит переходящих на красный свет людей, курящих в неположенном месте и неправильно паркующихся.

Во-первых, Тверскую никто не перекрывал.
Во-вторых, даже если и перекрыли бы, то вы можете проехать и по Дмитровке с Неглинной. Пробок в воскресенье нет, ваш путь удлинится на 5 минут, ничего страшного. Собираться мирно — базовое право граждан, ваше право ехать на машине ничем не важнее их права собираться по поводу, который им представляется важным.

Майдан начался как раз после того, как всех свинтили. Люди подобную несправедливость от власти не терпят, рано или поздно происходит взрыв. Формат «да, мы охуели, и что?» может держаться, но не долго.
Чтобы не было революции, надо пускать людей в легальное политическое поле, чтобы они в парламенте дискутировали, а не на улице.
