Эта кампания стала для меня самой концентрированной по полученному опыту, многое что было впервые и почти все получилось.
Приехал в отдел контента писать тексты и искать информацию. Потом стал руководить этим отделом. Затем уехал за 3000 км в Сибирь. За неделю сделал в Красноярске структуру, которая два раза покрыла весь город агитматериалами и разнесла 700 тыс газет по почтовым ящикам. В день у меня работали 60 человек, для этого прособеседовал около сотни, уволил 10.
Несмотря на свою мягкость, увольнял, требовал, строго беседовал, штрафовал. За час до первого рабочего дня столкнулся с ультиматумом от трех водителей. Всех троих уволил. Выдал то, что сам от себя не ожидал.
В очередной раз убедился, что я процессный человек и люблю таблицы. Впервые нанял помощницу и узнал, что плохо делегирую. Но понял, что помощница избавляет от огромного количества рутины. Появляется время поднять голову и оптимизировать процессы.
Ко мне все стали обращаться на "вы". Что вообще удивительно.
Но все это приятные бонусы к тому, что мы смогли донести до полумиллиона жителей Красноярская свою точку зрения и рассказать про Григория Явлинского. Что из этого получится, узнаем уже завтра.
А вы приходите на выборы, это важно.
