Друзья, я же тут на выборы пошел, если вдруг кто не знает. Выдвигаюсь в муниципальные депутаты по округу Дворцовый. И вместе со мной от партии Яблоко по всему городу подали документы около 600 кандидатов. Пока я жду ответа от избирательной комиссии, мои коллеги уже получают отказы в регистрации.

Кратко для понимания процесса и того как можно обманывать:
1. Назначение выборов.
Подавать документы можно в течении двадцати дней после даты, когда была публикация о назначении выборов. Каждый муниципалитет назначает сам. Как узнать, когда были выборы назначены:
- в муниципалитете - но там не говорят.
- на сайте муниципалитета - но там нет, или спрятано так, что не найти.
- в муниципальной газете - но ее не найти. Библиотеки где она должна быть, закрываются, там все неожиданно начинают болеть. Но даже если находишь публикацию, то отсутствуют страницы, где написано про выборы.
Если каким-то образом ты узнал про дату назначения выборов, переходишь к следующему шагу квеста.
2. Подача документов.
Подать документы можно в избирательную комиссию. А для этого надо её найти. Приходишь по адресу избирательной комиссии, но она закрыто. Люди внутри есть, но никто дверь не открывает, или отвечают что избирательная комиссия не здесь. А где никто не знает.
Если все же удача на твоей стороне и ты нашел нужное помещение. Там обнаруживается очередь из неизвестных людей. Которые никого не пропускают, приходят каждый день. Каким-то невероятный способом ты преодолел и это препятствие. Теперь тебя ждет:
3. Прием документов.
Тут нужно быть стойким. Не слушать работников избирательной комиссии, которые либо просят по дружески что-то исправить в документах, либо говорят, что у тебя все неправильно и надо уходить переделывать. Что не те формы, не те даты, не то время. Надо внимательно проверять, что они пишут в описи, вписывают ли все документы, те ли номера документов.
Если удача на твоей стороне и ты не собрал ни одну мину и на этом этапе:
4. Принятие решение о регистрации.
Тут начинается самый абсурд. Тебе могут выслать какой-то документ по почте, а потом сказать, что ты его не предоставил. Или вообще ничего не выслать и сказать, что ты не предоставил. Хотя в описи, которая была написана под твоим чутким контролем, этот документ есть. Ну и помимо этого:
- партия не уведомила о конференции, где тебя выдвигали. Для этого избирательная комиссия бегала от почтальонов с телеграммами, игнорировала электронную почту.
- не те выписки, тут буква большая, а должна быть маленькая. Если наоборот, то должно быть наоборот.
- округ не многомандатный, а пятимандатный. Или опять же наоборот.
5. Обжалование.
Чтобы обжаловать нужно получить решение комиссии. В первый день они его не выдают, во второй если не приходишь, то сразу отправляют почтой. А на обжалование во всех инстанциях есть 10 дней.
