Вчера прошло первое заседание муниципального совета дворцового округа. Единственным вопросом повестки дня было избрание главы совета. Я тоже выставил свою кандидатуру. Неожиданностей не случилось, единоросы избрали своего главу, ведь у них большинство в совете. Не зря же они через несколько дней после выборов пересчитывали бюллетени в 230 избирательном округе.
На заседания пришел единорос зампред заксобрания Сергей Соловьёв, который избрался от округа, куда входит мой муниципальный округ. Именно после его приезда в администрацию пересчитали бюллетени и изменился финальный состав совета. Он толкнул проникновенную речь и проконтролировал, чтобы ни у кого из его подопечных не дрогнула рука и они избрали "правильного" председателя.
В конце заседания, присутствующий глава муниципального совета Екатерингофский закатил скандал. Он предъявлял моей коллеге Наталье Грязневич за какой-то твит. Не поленился ведь, пришел, отсидел все заседание. Для понимания этого персонажа, он утвердил герб округа Екатерингофский с текстом: "Супруге в честь, себе для славы". Я сам не верил, пока не увидел.
На мои призывы навести порядок председатель собрания сказала, что заседание закончено и ее это не касается. Но потом через 5 минут она вспомнила, что мы ей зарплату не утвердили. Волшебным образом оказалось, что заседание не закончено, и она правомочна вести его дальше и ставить на голосование вопрос о зарплате. И потом еще возмущалась, чего это я после такого пируэта воздержался при голосовании.
Не ожидал я такого на первом же собрании.

At the end of the meeting, the present head of the Yekateringofsky municipal council threw a scandal. He presented my colleague Natalya Gryaznevich for a tweet. I was not too lazy, I came and served the entire session. To understand this character, he approved the coat of arms of the Yekateringofsky district with the text: "To my wife in honor, to myself for glory." I myself did not believe it until I saw it.
In response to my calls to put things in order, the chairman of the meeting said that the meeting was over and that this did not concern her. But then after 5 minutes she remembered that we had not approved her salary. It magically turned out that the meeting was not over, and she was entitled to lead it further and put the question of salary to a vote. And then she was also indignant that I had abstained from voting after such a pirouette.
