Муниципальные судебные новости за прошедшую неделю.
????Есть поводы порадоваться.
1⃣ Единоросы проиграли еще один суд в Новоизмайловском муниципальном округе. Был отменен результат на одном из участков, где комиссия не подвела итоги голосования после выборов, а объявила только на следующий день, результаты отличались от настоящих и поменяли результат во всем избирательном округе. Теперь три единороса теряют свои мандаты.
Состав будет такой, если решение в городском суде устоит: 11 Единоросы ???? и 8 оппозиция ????, один депутат ???? сдал мандат. На одного из 11 Единоросов уголовное дело завели, может тоже потерять мандат.
Поговаривают, что действующий глава единорос, кинул своих старших товарищей. Он подговорил депутатов проголосовать за него, в результате чего кандидат на главу от старших товарищей единоросов пролетел. Теперь они за него в суде не вписываются и возвращают мандаты оппозиции.
2⃣ Сегодня районный суд приморского района отменил итоги голосования в одном из четырех округов Черной речки. 5 единоросов теряют свои мандаты. Но опять же, еще будет апелляция в городском суде.
Выборы отменены по иску кандидата Павла Чупрунова. Перед выборами суд обязал зарегистрировать избирательную комиссию его как кандидата. Но избирательная комиссия проигнорировала это решения и не внесла его в бюллетени.
Восхищаюсь настойчивостью и упорством Павла. Сначала он воевал при подаче документов, потом разоблачил засланных кандидатов, которые внедрились к нам. Удивительная история, один из них был членом партии несколько лет. Все отзывались о нем очень хорошо. А в результате оказалось, что он участвовал в организации фейковых очередей. Потом подставил других кандидатов, когда отнес партийный комплект документов, но не отдал подтверждение об этом.
Черная речка входит в избирательный одномандатный округ №3, куда входит весь Петроградский район. По этому округу избрался Вячеслав Макаров спикер ЗакСа. Он как и Соловьев, про которого я писал ранее, "держит""свой" округ и расставляет там своих людей по муниципалитетам.
Забавно, что по округу, где сегодня отменили результаты, избрался его брат Василий Серафимович Макаров и он теряет свой мандат. Но посмотрим еще, что скажет Городской суд.
Макаров обладает достаточно серьезным влияниями. Он умудрился полностью зачистить подконтрольную себе территорию. Так на Петроградке не был зарегистрирован ни один наш кандидат. Последних двух снял Верхновный суд. Основания для снятия было то, что они якобы подали не свои документы, а документы друг друга (?!)
Есть теория, что Макаров тоже с кем-то поругался и это такая месть ему.
Итого сейчас в черной речке 15 депутатов из 20. По закону избирательная комиссия должна объявить довыборы. Но она может этого не сделать. По сложившейся практике довыборы в Питере редко проводят. С 15 депутатами совет легитимен и может принимать решения. Поэтому придется еще судиться за назначение довыборов.

An amazing story, one of them was a party member for several years. Everyone spoke very well of him. As a result, it turned out that he was involved in organizing fake queues. Then he framed other candidates when he took the party set of documents, but did not give confirmation of this.
Chernaya Rechka is included in the electoral single-mandate district No. 3, which includes the entire Petrogradsky district. Vyacheslav Makarov, speaker of the Legislative Assembly, was elected in this constituency. He, like Solovyov, about whom I wrote earlier, "keeps" "his" district and places his people there in municipalities.
