В пятницу была встреча с комитетом территориального развития Санкт-Петербурга и представителями администрации Центрального района.
Комитет проводит турне по муниципалитетам и начал с центрального района.
Несмотря на некоторые странности, встреча показалась мне конструктивной и полезной. Хотя я так и не понял чем этот комитет занимается. Но поговорили про полномочия, про проблемы округа. Комитет обещал помогать, информировать. Представители центрального района тоже .
Посмотрим, как будет на самом деле. Но мы как минимум познакомились и обменялись контактами.
С районом надо общаться, потому что полномочия переплетены и многие вопросы находятся в их ведении. Но такое переплетение конечно же глупость. Надо все отдавать муниципалитетам. А пока так: двор муниципальное, улица районное.
И то еще не все дворы. В Дворцовом только треть муниципальные, ещё треть у собственников жилья и треть памятники и относятся к КГИОП (Комитет по государственному контролю, использованию и охране памятников истории и культуры)
Ещё из интересного:
- несколько раз звучала мысль. Что выборы прошли, политика закончилась, сейчас надо работать. Учитывая что у нас ЕР украла 3 мандата из своих 6, то такой месседж звучит очень странно.
- наконец началось взаимодействие между комитетом по энергетике и комитетом по благоустройству. Первый отвечает за коммуникации, второй соответственно за благоустройство. Муниципалитеты просят синхронизировать свои работы во дворах с этими комитетами. А то раньше было так: одни ремонтируют, другие приходят и снова роют, чтобы коммуникации проложить.
