21 избирательный округ в ЗакC Санкт-Петербурга.
Планировал начать по порядку, но сегодня городская избирательная комиссия назначила дополнительные выборы в 21 избирательном округе на 7 июня. Летом там умер депутат, избранный в 2016г. Вновь избранный депутат будет занимать эту должность год, до следующих выборов в 2021.
Этот округ окучивает депутат ЗакСа Тетердинко, руководитель фракции ЕР в Заксобарнии. Считается человеком Макарова, женат на помощнице Соловьева. Интересно, что его теща была муниципальным депутатов в МО Адмиралтейский. Но сложила полномочия, после того как "Трансперенси Интернешнл" обнаружили, что она не сдала декларацию о доходах.
До избрания в ЗакС Тетердинко был заместителем председателя Горизбиркома. Довольно успешно представлял ГИК в судах на заседаниях, где оппозиция требовала отмены выборов из-за фальсификаций. А также участвовал в разгоне совета МО Автово, который был под контролем СР.
На муниципальных выборах были зачищены муниципалитеты входящие в этот округ: Звездное, Гагаринское и Пулковское. Там не допустили ни одного нашего кандидата. В этих округа впервые применили технологию подмены документов кандидатов и замены листов описей. Суды это проигнорировали и оставили в силе отказы в регистрации.
Результаты на прошлых выборах в ЗакС по этому округу:
Всего 146 тыс. избирателей
Участвовало в голосовании 44 тыс.- 30,40%
Денисов Г.И. - КПРФ - 6 912 голосов - 15,58%
Зеленков П.Г. - ЕР - 17 604 голосов - 39,68%
Нодь П.Й.- ЛДПР - 3 884 голосов - 8,75%
Пушкарева Л.В. - СР - 6 375 голосов - 14,37%
Цепилова О.Д. - Яблоко - 7 638 голосов - 17,22%
Финансовые отчеты кандидатов найти не удалось. Посмотреть траты не получится.
Округ очень хороший для Яблока. Без агитации кандидат от Яблока набрала 17% и заняла второе место.
О выдвижении в этом округе пока заявил только муниципальный депутат МО Автово от "Справедливой России" Илья Шмаков.
В округе расположен печально известный СКК, при сносе которого недавно погиб рабочий.

I planned to start in order, but today the city electoral commission has scheduled by-elections in 21 constituencies for June 7th. A deputy elected in 2016 died there in the summer. The newly elected MP will hold this position for a year, until the next elections in 2021.
This district is huddled by the deputy of the Legislative Assembly Teterdinko, the head of the United Russia faction in the Zaksobarnia. Considered Makarov's man, he is married to Solovyov's assistant. Interestingly, his mother-in-law was a municipal deputies in the Admiralteisky MO. But she resigned after Transparency International discovered that she had not submitted her income tax return.

Quite successfully represented the State Electoral Commission in courts at sessions where the opposition demanded the abolition of elections due to falsifications. And also participated in the dispersal of the council of the Avtovo Defense Ministry, which was under the control of the SR.
In the municipal elections, the municipalities included in this district were cleared: Zvezdnoye, Gagarinskoye and Pulkovskoye. None of our candidates were allowed there. In these districts, for the first time, the technology of replacing candidates' documents and replacing inventory sheets was applied. The courts ignored this and upheld the denials of registration.
