Продолжаю вояж по одномандатным округам в ЗакС. Сегодня это округ №1.
По границам он практически совпадает с Адмиралтейским административным округом. Но из центрального захватывает еще Дворцовый муниципалитет. Всего в этот округ входят 8 муниципальный образований. Состав в них после последних выборов такой:

В муниципалитетах этого округа представлены только две партии: Яблоко и ЕР. И одна самовыдвиженка в Дворцовом.
От этого округа избран Сергей Соловьев, заместитель председателя ЗакСа. В ЗакСе уже третий созыв. В свой первый раз он был избран от Справедливой России. В последствии из нее вышел и примкнул к ЕР.
В округе Соловьев действует активно, подмял под себя все муниципалитеты и расставил своих людей. Влияния Соловьева хватает даже на то, чтобы влиять на суды. Так в МО Семеновский Яблоко по результатам выборов должно было взять 8 из 10 мандатов, но после фальсификаций осталось 3 из 10. Суд иск не удовлетворил, но после заседания судья связалась с одним из кандидатов и извинилась за принятое решение. Сказал, что на нее надавили.
В Коломне у нескольких яблочных кандидатов украли мандаты. Так один мандат был украден для матери Сергея Соловьева.
В Дворцовом тоже были фальсификации. После выборов состав совета был такой: 3 ЕР, 3 Коммунисты, 3 Яблоко, 1 самовыдвиженка. Но через два дня пересчитали один округ и ЕР получило большинство в 6 мандатов, а коммунисты мандаты потеряли.
В Екатерингофском из-за фальсификаций не прошел ни один оппозиционный кандидат.

Быков В.И. (ЛДПР) — 3991 — 10,47% — 0 р
Марин Г.Я. (СР) — 2664 — 6,99% — 62 т.р.
Столяров О.Е. (Самовыдвижение) — 2077 — 5,45% — 4,8 т.р.
Интересен кандидат Быков от ЛДПР, который потратил 0 р. на кампанию. По его иску сняли самовыдвиженца Александра Шуршева. После выборов Быков стал главным помощником Соловьева. А когда-то очень давно Быков возглавлял избирательный штаб Соловьёва. Потом они вместе состояли в партии «Справедливая Россия», вместе оттуда выходили. Некоторое время Быков возглавлял муниципальное образование Коломна, которое находится на избирательной территории Соловьёва. Потом работал в муниципальном учреждении в другом муниципалитете, который также находится в границах избирательного округа Соловьёва. Ещё работал главой местной администрации Екатерингофского, был уволен по предписанию прокуратуры, но остался работать в муниципальном учреждении этого округа.
Судя по потраченным суммам на победу шли только Соловьев и Маругин. Маругин был главным помощником Явлинского в ЗакСе. Но на сколько я понимаю, деньги из его избирательного счета были потрачены в том числе на общегородскую избирательную кампанию. Поэтому было потрачено так много. И сложно провести корреляцию с полученным результатом. Хотя округ для Яблока хороший.

The court did not satisfy the claim, but after the meeting the judge contacted one of the candidates and apologized for the decision. He said that she was pressured.
In Kolomna, mandates were stolen from several Yabloko candidates. So one mandate was stolen for the mother of Sergei Solovyov.
There were also falsifications in Dvortsovoye. After the elections, the composition of the council was as follows: 3 United Russia, 3 Communists, 3 Yabloko, 1 self-nominee. But two days later, one constituency was counted and United Russia received a majority of 6 mandates, while the communists lost mandates.
Due to falsifications, not a single opposition candidate passed in Yekateringofsky.

Then he worked in a municipal institution in another municipality, which is also within the boundaries of the Solovyov electoral district. He also worked as the head of the local administration of Yekateringofsky, was dismissed by order of the prosecutor's office, but remained working in a municipal institution of this district.
Judging by the sums spent, only Soloviev and Marugin went to win. Marugin was Yavlinsky's main assistant in the Legislative Assembly. But as far as I understand, the money from his electoral account was spent, among other things, on the citywide election campaign. That's why so much has been spent. And it's difficult to correlate with the result. Although the district is good for Yabloko.
