Комитет финансов опубликовал предварительные результаты оценки качества управления по каждому МО за 2019 год.

Дворцовый оказался абсолютным лидером по превышению норматива расходов на администрацию и аппарат совета. Отфильтровал по этому показателю и вот первые 10 мест:

Из топ 10 - 4 муниципалитета Петроградки, которую подмял под себя Макаров, 3 муниципалитета из Адмиралтейского избирательного округа - территория Соловьева,
Если посмотреть по абсолютным цифрам расходов на себя, то Дворцовый обгоняют только Смольнинское (76 тыс. жителей) , Литейный округ (46 тыс. жителей) и г. Колпино (148 тыс. жителей). А мы один из самых маленьких городских муниципалитетов - 7 тыс. жителей.
Я как раз недавно писал, что половина этих денег уходит на зарплату всяким персонажам, которые только числятся, но не работают.
А про того товарища, который устроил драку в Макдональдсе и потом показывал удостоверение сотрудника Дворцового, еще выяснилось, что он был членом избирательной комиссии Семеновского округа. Там мы должны были взять большинство, но в окно залез человек с бюллетенями и вбросил их в сейф. Избирательная комиссия произвела пересчет и результаты изменились: вместо 8 депутатов у нас осталось 3. Это к вопросу зачем держать этих персонажей.
