О, а вот это прикольно. Оказывается, 14-ти дневный карантин для приезжающих из-за рубежа в СПб на текущий момент (как и всеобщий карантин в СПб) - мера не обязательная, а рекомендательная. (Возможно, я что-то не дочитал, прошу меня поправить, если найдете ссылки на другие документы).
Следите за руками: есть постановление главсанврача РФ от 18 марта (http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/Document/View/0001202003190001?index=0&rangeSize=1), где сказано:
Главам регионов - обеспечить изоляцию граждан
Прибывающим гражданам - исполнять требования по изоляции (какие требования)?
Есть постановление правительства СПб номер 121
(http://www.consultant.ru/cons/cgi/online.cgi?req=home#doc/SPB/224181/4294967295/0, на момент публикации не содержит последних изменений про всеобщий карантин, но не суть)
Пункт 3 РЕКОМЕНДУЕТ приехавшим из-за рубежа гражданам самоизолироваться на 14 дней.
Ну, и, это, конституция РФ говорит, что каждый может свободно перемещаться по территории РФ, и это право может быть ограничено только Федеральным законом. Федерального закона на данную тему я не нашел.
Это все, что я смог найти. Товарищи, кто-нибудь в курсе иных документов по данной теме? Только обязательно со ссылками и указанием точных номеров документов.
