Люблю зимние сумерки за уютные окна. Совсем недавно смотрела какой-то фильм (но никак не могу вспомнить, какой), где главные герои обсуждали, что любят, гуляя вечером, смотреть на чужие окна и представлять, как живут их владельцы. Но когда сами дома, то совсем не думают, что прохожие тоже видят в их окнах это самое волшебство. За это люблю старые дома в центре: потолки там особенно высокие, люстры - особенно сверкающие, а свет - особенно тёплый.

I love the winter twilight for the cozy windows. Quite recently, I watched a movie (but I just can't remember which one), where the main characters discussed that they like to look at other people's windows while walking in the evening and imagine how their owners live. But when they themselves are at home, they do not at all think that passers-by also see this magic in their windows. For this I love old houses in the center: the ceilings there are especially high, the chandeliers are especially sparkling, and the light is especially warm.

I like twilight for such a warm and cozy light in the windows.
