Что это значит?
Это значит, что РФ продолжает действие советских законов на своей территории.
Она "продолжает" действие законодательства СССР, обязательств и прав СССР.
Таким образом - все законодательство СССР сейчас является действующим.
РФ оказалась в западне, в которую сама себя загнала, в попытке убить СССР.
Наши руководители так сильно боялись СССР и так сильно его ненавидели, что стремились скорее, скорее убить Союз и получить всю полноту власти.
Но тут на их пути встало "общественное мнение" и "народ" СССР. Дело в том, что за полгода до развала СССР народ одназчно сказал, что он за сохранение Союза.
За это высказались 75% населения. Это много, даже для объятого националистическим угаром общества, где сепаратизм вырвался на свободу.
Власти РФ не могли выйти и открыто сказать, что они уничтожают СССР.
Тут же восстала бы армия и КГБ и их просто арестовали бы как изменников общества.
Поэтому была придумана хитрая схема с "продолжательством"...
Идею эту подсказали нашим властям юристы из американской делегации ООН. Если бы они только знали
что из всего из этого выйдет... Они бы промолчали.
Итак: Президент РСФСР Борис Ельцин направляет письмо Генеральному Секретарю ООН о том, что отныне
РФ берет на себя роль СССР в международных делах и является "продолжателем СССР". Т.е. одномоментно
РФ объявила себя СССР. Паралельно происходит подписание Беловежских соглашений, где лидеры трех республик
подписывают соглашение о роспуске СССР. Они не имели на это право, но это случилось. Они сделали это под видом
создания СНГ... Т.е. простому человеку говорили, что СССР не распадается, а реформируется в СНГ.
На деле - СНГ не стал новым Союзом, а потому роль СССР навсегда сохранилась за РФ, которая назвала
себя "продолжателем".
В связи с этим мне вспоминается сцена из фильма "Догма" (комедия)... где речь идет о демонах и можно ли убить демона...
"Он сам назвал себя демоном, а для демона удар оружия Господа нетвратим". Вот что-то подобное произошло и с РФ.
Она сама назвалась "продолжателем".
Что теперь?
Паспортный учет граждан СССР Российская Федерация вести обязана.
Она обязана выполнять и другие обязательства СССР, иначе она перестанет быть "продолжателем" СССР и потеряет вообще все!
Т.е. потеряет права, полученные после Второй мировой Войны... потеряет права на территории, полученные в ходе той войны...
Потеряет права на активы - в том числе банковские... доставшиеся ей от СССР.
Потеряет права по междунарожным договорам...
Потеряет себя - ведь нет такого государства "Российская Федарация" в составе ООН (она туда не вступала). Вступал СССР и РФ
является всего-лишь продолжателем СССР.
Ловушка заключается еще и в том, что РФ не может ничего изменить в законах СССР, т.е. обязалась быть продолжателем...
Т.е. если вот было пенсионное законодательство СССР - то оно должно действовать на граждан СССР...
И какие бы законы РФ не принимала - они не должны противоречить законам СССР!
Получается, что граждане СССР имею право на пенсию в 60 лет, а женщины в 55 лет!
И граждане СССР имеют право на справедливый расчет пенсии по законам СССР, а не по законам РФ, которая только и умеет, что мухлевать и жонглировать терминами из законов!
Все права, которые были у граждан СССР - они сохранились и потребовать их восстановления и реализации... Это право граждан СССР.
Вот поэтому власти всячески пытаются увильнуть от выдачи советских паспортов, но прямо никому не отказывают!
А отказать они не могут, потому что тогда они потеряют все!
